Slept in and took the better half out for the second half of the incoming. Anticipated the wind to drop out and for ONCE the forecast was on point!
After running around outside last week we kept it close to home hitting some local holes. Fish were again spread out everywhere. Picked and plucked but thought we woulda had a better bite on the last of the cooler incoming. Managed 2 for the table @18. Keansburg Canyon was a zoo mid day and so was the Triangle. I guess it’s nice to see boats on some traditional spots again. The bait dragger did the same as the bucktailer. Anything BRIGHT sucked. Purple, new penny good. Tons of bait in the back. Spearing, Nuts and adult bunker. 1-2lb cocktails harrassing bunker pods all over. Casted Hopkins and had em every cast. Water still up at 77 *. Bullet Bob …….if ya read this post ya woulda had a field day…… ![]()

It is a conspiracy...https://images.search.yahoo.com/sear...ils&fr=yfp-t-s
https://www.gettyimages.com/photos/chem-trails Chem trails are NOT con trails.. Chem trails expand greatly and stay for hours and hours.. Con trails from jets are thin and dissipate very quickly... It is what it is.. Since Covid, they seem to be far less prevalent up here.. Not seeing them every day any more... bob |
