3/18/20 my first 2020 bass.

Started out at noon with sun, a light breeze and a water temp of 45 degrees. the water temps varied from spot to spot, 44 to almost 48 degrees. My better half started with a 16" LM on a swimbait in the first half hour. Not another bite until 2pm when I got my first bass of 2020, it was a hefty 20" LM, followed by the solid SM (in the net) that I didn't measure and a 16" SM. They were all caught on homemade 1/8oz deer hair jig, in a 30 yd. stretch and all in about 45 minutes. The sun went in, the wind started to blow and it was time to go at 3:30.

Those are some nice fat Bass! Awesome catch on the homemade jig! Yea buddy!!!

Very nice catches for the first of the year, you have to love catching fish on home tied jigs, you two are off to a good start stay safe and healthy.
