Rainbows, browns, brooks, pike and pickerel (3/7 - 3/8)
Sat 3/7/20
Bounced around a local NJ trout stream. Despite the low water, I managed the trifecta of wild brown trout, wild brook trout, and holdover bows.      Sunday 3/8/20 Headed out with Chrisper, Nick, and Luke on search of fish of the toothy variety. Ended up with some pike and a few monster pickerel, two of which were back to back PB's! It is cool seeing brookies still being caught in jersey waters and you know how i feel about slime darts but those fish look like pike in pickerel skin absolute monsters well done jd

State record chain pickerel is 9#3ozs. What was yours worth? It had to be close!
