Mushin - 11/26 - stripers!
MUSHIN had Alan Corzine of KENT CARTRIDGE (you shooters will recognize the name) and the guides from REEDY CREEK OUTFITTERS (you waterfowlers know the name) out today for some Sunday Striped Bass fishing since you can't hunt on Sundays. Alan drove from Illinois to here to bass fish today and duck hunt tomorrow. We got a handful of bunker early on, and boated a few stripers and dropped some more. Then the birds and bass blew up offshore a little, so we chased them and put a couple more in. But with the conditions we saw, it was time for the Mojo's and Spoons. This gave us consistent trolling, including on "over" sized bass. Caught and released a bunch of "under" fish. We got in early with our limit of unders and one over.
