Fisher Price IV 11/1 AM/PM Striper Insanity!!
AM- Ran our open boat striper trip this morning. Once the sun came up we were greeted to acres of birds with bass rolling all over the surface. Picked away at the shorts and managed 2 keepers to 20#. Took a ride and came across some great readings and the guys went to work with some much larger fish. Landed another 9 keepers between 20-32 lbs. before calling it a morning. Ended the morning with 11 keepers to 32# (ORL) and releasing another 40 shorts.
PM- This afternoon we had the Dennis Oneill charter on board. Started right where we left them and had scattered readings. Put the mojos out and boxed 3 keepers between 18-20#. Kept working the area and all hell broke loose with fish busting all over. The guys put some beating on them with shads and poppers landing 45 keeper sized fish to 28# and 30 shorts before calling it an evening. Ended the evening landing a total of 78 bass (ORL) to 28#.
