Default Brigantine surf

Anyone been down Brigantine in awhile ? I am going to be down there and was hoping something was going on in the surf. Was going to head to jetty and try to bend the rod. Can't get much off website from B&T on island. Spot ? Snappers? Kingfish ?

Was thinking of heading where the old Brigantine Castle was to see if I can pull a shark out at night. They doing anything at night down there ?

@ kk - assume you mean South jetty. If not, do you mean the buckhead by Pirates Cove resty ?

@ jmurr - did you play the tides or just showed up rod, reel and bloodworms in hand ?

think I'm going to walk 3/4 of the way out on the jetty with a bunch of bloodworms and roll the dice. Maybe bring a 007 or two and see if I can catch a snapper or two.

You need a pass to drive on the beach at the north jetty, of you are a veteran it's free. A lot less pressure on the north side.
