Default Lower Musky

Still catching fish steady on butterworms. Caught and released four rainbows. Kept two for a friend. The water is perfect. Super clear and the right depth. I can't believe how many times the past two weeks I went to decent spots to fish and didn't see another fisherman for miles. Maybe people don't like taking long rides to fish. It's paying off for me.

Cuz, The Musky was stocked thoroughly. Approximately 30 to 60 fish were put into each location. You will have better luck on the Musky the farther you get away from the bridges. Look for angler access areas that are off the beaten path.

I'm a walker and usually don't fish right by bridges. I look for fast water with slower seams alongside.

Then you should do really well on the Musky! Plenty of hold over fish from the fall, weekly stocking have been good, pressure in the walk to fish areas has been light!

Talking Re: Lower Musky

When I was on my way to catch Shad I saw maybe 5 cars on that entire stretch all the way down to the BIG D! I guess people don't want to take the drive. I don't know, I put 20,000-25,000 miles on my truck every year! I'm all over the place like a GYPSY!!! Get out there guys and gals, there's fish to be caught! ALWAYS!!!

Sounds like your having a good year CUZ!!! GOOD JOB!!!
