This is their typical ploy. They throw out a low ball number to get us all upset. Then they give us 15 fish at 13" or something like that and hope we all get down on our knees and thank them, forgetting that we still lost bag and size.

I had my worst Fluke season in recent memory. Not only did I fish just as much(ask the bride, she's always right) but only had one limit all year. When we found the fish you would go back for another drift and get notta wtf. These guys have got it all wrong. Keep what you want fellas we are all criminals!! p.s seabassin sucked too, one million shorts!

You mean you didn't catch all those "1/2 a inches"?... And the rebuilt stocks of Sea Bass that were allowed to be fished last January and February?...really?.... who's fault? Sorry!....and IF there was an over fishing of the/a quota, there wasn't other "variables"?......................
