Impaired surf report

Hit the Deal jetties Sat nite about 6pm with T.C., Harry and myself. Threw plugs, metals, and everything else in our bags and got nothing. Water was actually a little dirty. In the two hours we were there we saw the two guys soaking clams get one skate. Moved south a couple of miles and stroked it there for another two hours. (Saw a guy there who said he was there 3 hours and nothing) Went south to the SRI area and fished the beach for three blocks until we hit the inlet. Fished the rocks from the end to the bridge till 11pm and nothing but rain and lightning strikes. Forgot to flip the bail once and crashed one of my custom plugs into the jetty which showed me how wood plugs are made.

Highlight of the night: Hooking up with two friends I know for 40 (Forty) years and haven't seen for 10.
