I'm thinking about renting out my fishing cabin upstate. Near Oneida/salmon river. Construction will be done by July. Has anyone had any success with a rental like this? Still weighing pros and cons. It will be rough around the edges cabin.

How far from the Salmon river is the cabin.How much a night will you be looking to get?Me and my two buddies fish up there a lot starting in September maybe we could talk about doing a package of weekends through mid november if you do decide to rent it out.
