First Steelhead
Just got back home from the Salmon river, been there since friday morning. I fished all day friday, saturday, and a few hours this morning. Had probaly about five or six on for a few seconds, landed two, my first was around 32" and 10 pounds, worked her down about 100 yards before getting her in close, I ran into an achored drift boat and after i asked the guide he reluctantly agreed to net her. My kid brother (16) also caught his first about 7 #, he also fell in the river every outing, he is a trooper though he loved the adventure. All fish caught on egg sacks.

FE had us up in Oswego that weekend. Believe I hooked into a nice steelie cause before I could even think about it, he peeled off about 50 yds in 3 seconds! Did see some nice browns and some steelies caught. Got my first king salmon though!
