Where can you park to be able to fish below the dam?

right at the dam on river drive, iirc

I drove by it yesterday and it looks closed off due to construction

ahh, gotcha. then go downstream a little on river drive, on the other side of the car dealer closest to the dam is a small park. there are a lot of places you can stop on river dr that nobody will bother you.

I saw guys fishing on the RT21 side right below the falls. I drove over from the Garfield side to see if there was any parking but couldnt find any. The spot they were at looked very fishy...lol.

I saw a guy on that side too I drove over there and the close parking is all off limits
