Was thinking about kayak fishing lower etowah. Anyone have good luck and willing to share what’s worked for ya. Also I heard the dam is not releasing due to construction. I called the line and didn’t hear any release schedule. Are releases a factor if you’re putting in lower than the Thompson-Weinman dam? Much appreciated any advice at all. This is my first trip on the river.
