Default Wild brown trout-sicles (3/11/17)

Headed out for a few hours on Sat afternoon to see if I could find any cooperative fish in the bitter cold. Despite the frigid temps and having to deal with freezing guides all day, I ended up with 4 nice wild browns and lost two others.

Beautiful fish man, always appreciate seeing the wild ones.

What lures did they fall for?

The tails on those fish are huge! Nice catching Justin.

Thanks man. Yeah, they have big tails and they definitely fight hard for their size, definitely harder than stockies. A blast on ultralight.

Aggressive, scrappy fish. But what else do ya expect from a fish that's born and raised in the mean streams of Jersey.
