Default 6/24/15: long night at the briddie bar ; )

Met up w Dale and we got to the lake around 1045 pm. Had a fellow NJF'er meet us at the launch--Chrisper! We shove off and start casting around 11 pm. 1st or second cast, Chris is into a fish lol... Nice 3-4 lb channel on a stick bait. Lil while after I get hit by a small 15" hybrid. Bit later, another 15" hybrid. Then a bit later, Dale hooks up with a picture fish around 20-21". Soon enough the fish were going bananas EVERYWHERE. I managed another in the 20-22" range about 45 min after Dale. We had a really slow pick until about 1:45 am when I managed to boat 4 more fish with the biggest being 24". Dale also added 3 more: a dink, a low 20" & a pig 24" fish as well. And Chris added 2 during the slam fest from 1:45 to just about 3 am. Dale and I used our go-to plugs, while Chris threw the box until he finally caved and took one of my spares. Once he put the lure on, he landed 2 fish in short order and a number of swings and misses. We all caught fish and we all missed fish... final tally: 7 wipers from 15-24" for me; 4 wipers for Dale from 10-24", and Chris with the kitty cat, and a set o briddies in the 17-20" range. Porn below. Notice how some of them have dope blue trim to their fins and faces... Not sure if that's a camera thing or a genetic thing... Great night on the GetANet II for sure!

Great job all around guys,

Nice fish and looks like you had a busy night.

I had a feeling last night going to be hot, but no one wanted to come out.

Good to see you guys made it out for a hot bite.

Andre

Great bag all around fellaz! Some big ol lunker wipers in those pics, sounds like a really great night. Tight lines for sure on the GetANet ll!! Jigman, I've actually only seen bait fish with that dope hue of blue on their fins. Maybe it has something to do with the water conditions and/or chemicals that might have found its way to the water.?
