Got an invite to do some lake fishing from a boat by Gary aka 15FOOTER
also along for the ride was Seth aka Rican Thunder.

Seth and Gary set up their patented fishing method and after a slow start is was game on.

Fished with live Herring looking for Trout but mostly caught Bass!
No matter the bass were big and apparently hungry as well.

Landed several SMB in the 4 to 5 lb. and a pair or so of pig LMB .
I guessing we dropped 3 times as many fish as we landed.
Also had one small Laker and a couple of large Yellow Perch.
All fish CPR'ed.

While waiting for the fish to bite we were entertained by the resident Eagle and his desire to take the Osprey's Trout dinner.

Great day on the water, the air temp was 39 when we started, 85 when we packed it in.

Thanks to both Gary and Seth for putting up with the old guy.

I gotta get a shirt like that !! ALL the lakes in our area are fishing well, you just have to put in your time to unlock the secrets. Thermoclines will be setting up very soon, that is when I find fishing tough.

Great report and awesome pics Wilson! It was good to meet you and we had a blast fishing with ya. At the end of the day we put some quality fish in the boat regardless of my boy Captain dropsies. Lol I've had my days of missing a lot 2, it happens to the best of us. Anyway, got them all back safely so we can catch Em up again some day when they are even bigger and that's what we are all about! It was good to see our knowledgable friends Jigman and Getanet out there doing their thing as well and was happy it wasn't crazy windy this time.
