jigged up some trout this weekend!
hit the king for the first time and had a real hot bite going. we were only in 25 fow and hooking up to trout every 20-30 minutes. we iced 4 and lost at least a dozen. they put up an incredible fight on a jig stick!
this was my first trout through the ice  my friend john with the fish of the day  tails up!!

Thats AWESOME. Congrats on a fine catch. The last pic is great, love it……..HAHAHA!!! Looks like plenty of fish to make a nice sammich!

it was rough out there lol a foot of snow in most spots. had frost inside the shanty

well idk where you are but i know it's not NJ and i'm pretty jealous you get to ice fish for lake trout where ever you are! haha sounds like an awesome day!
