Last 5 trips were all for blackfish and could use some variety.
Anyone been on the paramount lately? Thinking of hitting it in the morning but the lack of reports worries me. Also, no ling inshore makes me wonder. |

heard some reports that the brooklyn boats had some ling but wasn't anything special. Hoping they show up soon

They haven't arrived yet. So very few in our area.

From the sporadic reports, it does not look ling fishing is hot yet.

Went on Paramount Monday. Very few ling caught. Lots of big silver eels and doggies. A few nice pollack and cod in the 6-12 pound range were boated. About 25 guys on trip...averaged 1-2 ling each at best.
Mates worked hard gaffing and untangling etc....but slow ling fishing to say the least. |
