Fish Monger II Sat 12/13 Blackfish to 8 1/2 lbs - Started out with a couple fish really quick and then waited thought we were gonna get a good pick going but just a few more b4 it seemed to dry up. Made a move but only picked a few more keeps on the next drop. 3rd drop had some scratchy life and shorts pretty so we set it out n waited. Finally started to get some keepers coming over. No great bite but Some guys did good with limits+ but other really struggled. Hh had 9 fish. Def Tricky bite and they were very picky with the baits. Guys pitching around did best. Congrats to Joey on his limit and the guys pool fish at 8 1/2lbs. Def not what the bite should b but good to see some life the second part of the day. Tought chew n Not as many as I wanted but the guys Worked hard for em n Finished up with 38 keepers. Crew was a blast! Thanks again guys!

 lots of laughs most at Shrimoys expense of course.

another annual trip in the books. weather was a little more than we wanted but hey that December fishing. Thanks to all the guys for coming out and making the day. Jerry and John as always you guys are the best. as Jerry said the fishing was a little tough but I did manage my limit + as did two others. picky bite today and you had to search for em. good times none the less. till next year. congrates on the slobasaurus Joey. and congrates to Andrew for getting the first keeper - you were dialed in on them today.

My first trip on the monger and it was everything I thought it would be, thanks Capt Jerry and Mate Johh!
