Looking to pick up a new St Croix rod. Thinking a LT. I usually order this stuff online but I would like to feel the rod before I buy. What are some suggestions of tackle shops in NJ that carry a decent selection of St Croix rods?
Thanks

ramsey outdoor in succasunna has a pretty good selection of st croix's. what are you looking for a 6' light action? I have one I barely use its a crappy/perch jigging rod, anything bigger than that u want a 7'ish med lt. thats a good all around rod for walleye and jigging binskys. If you can find the split grip models (its all I use now) go that route, I have a few st croixs I dont even use anymore cause they feel wierd not being split grip. The Gloomis GL2 are very nice rods, and I just picked up a new fenwick that I rly like in med lt, hard to find 1 piece, I dont do 2 piece rods personally

looking for the 6'8" med action. The LT spinning rods only come in split grip. I will be using it for plastics for bass and jigging walleye. The last thing I need is another med action rod, since 95% of my fishing is for muskie. I got a great deal on a stradic ci4 and couldnt pass it up. thanks for the info guys

Go to dicks sporting goods in east Hanover on route 10 and bring a coupon. Thats what I did when I bought my st Croix mojo rod. They have a good selection.
