Had a great crew for opening day on the mimi. With all the preparation I had high hopes. Unfortunately the fish had other plans. Very tough bite for us. Maybe 20 keepers for 20 anglers. Zero for me
That's my fish mike, had three and the pool. Lots of laughs and ball busting, just not lotsa fish. Kenny and Chris were aces, as usual. Be back out on the mimi on Sunday to try again.

You had better keep practicing Shrimpy cause if you show up to PUOSU with low level of confidence the Flying Zagorski Brothers are gonna bump you off the qualifying list!! I'm going to not blackfish at all til the trip . I'm it in for the fun!!! I will catch what I catch Usually big rocks
I keep the tackle shops is the black. They count on me to feed their families. Oh and let's not forget Sam the sinker man. This must be his favorite time of year!! Merry Christmas Sam!!! |

With the amount of time Steve spends on the Mimi you would think Kenny would put him on the payroll
