Default FISHERMEN/FRI. nite slaughter

Only read this if u want to catch fish. The last 2 nites have been the best of the year for the porgies and croakers with a few stripers in the mix. The weatherman called for doom and gloom and we never had a drop of rain. Boats sat at the dock because the weather is so blown out of proportion these days. There are plenty of fluke, blues, porgies and bottom fish to catch and everyone watches or listens to people that give there thought of what is going to happen for the whole state and it only storms or rains in 1 county. I am pissed off because everyday the weather j.o. call for hell to rise and it never happens. We only have a few months to make a few bucks and these aholes kill it for us. I am looking for answers, any help? Anyway now that I vented fishing was excellent last nite as was Wed. nite and we will be Sail at 6;30 Sat. nite for porgies and croakers, 2 good eating fish. For info 908-930-2335 by the way its going to be a good nite of fishing.

THERE ARE VERY FEW TIMES YOU CAN SAY THAT IT WAS STUPID FISHING,
BUT TONIGHT WAS ONE OF THEM. AS SOON AS YOU HIT THE BOTTOM IF YOU DID NOT HAVE ONE ON YOU HAD TWO ON
I DID NOT KNOW PORGIES AND CROCKERS GOT THAT BIG. EELS, LOBSTER, PORGIES, SPOTS, CROCKERS,SNAPPERS, AND A FEW STRIPERS ALL IN ONE NIGHT, HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG, IT'S A DAME SHAME THE WEATHER A HOLES CANT FORCAST WORTH A CRAP, THERE WERE SO MANY FISH COMMING OVER THE RAIL, YOU HAD TO START THROWING THEM BACK AS EVERY ONE HAD BUCKETS FULL. DONT MISS OUT ON THIS IT IS SOOOOOOOOO MUCH FUN.
THE BEST PART IT THERE IS REALY NO SKILL INVOLVED, DROP DOWN YOUR RIG HIT THE BOTTOM DONT MOVE IT AND BAM FISH ON IT'S THAT EASY.GET THEM WHILE THE GETTING IS GOOD

Don't hold back Captain Dan..... Let us know how you really feel

Weather people are evil and they must be punished

All kidding aside, seems like these people live for doom and gloom forecasts.

Here is one of my favorite sketches along those lines...... Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-TfZslHKoo

NOAA came out with a big splashy and loud hurricane forecast earlier in the year. The other day they quietly dialed it way back. Probably never would have heard about it if Drudge didn't print it. That's it right there in a nutshell. They love to scream about bad news, like it somehow justifies their budget and for CYA reasons.
