Party Boat Angler Saturday Report
It was a nice ocean after all the West wind but it was cold all day with ice forming in your guides. A strong southerly current walked 10 oz sinkers and hurt the fishing We didn't put much in the pails on the first 3 drops. Our last drop in 130 feet was our best with a good bite in the bow on tog however 4 out of 5 where short. Mike had our only cod and he took the pool with it. There were more ling than we have seen but still not good.
With snow in tonights forecast and tomorrow being super bowl Sunday we will not be sailing. When it snows very few people look to fish and I do not want to shape up and not sail. We try to pick the nice days so we don't have to send anyone home. I will post around Wednesday on our next trip. Thanks Captain George
