Should I go to Aeroflex and fish for landlocked salmon, or go to Waywayanda and fish for trout, or should I float either the North or South branches of the Raritan river and really put a hurting on the smallmouth and trout, or should I go to Spruce Run and fish for hybrids and pike, or should I go to Merrill Creek Res. and fish for trout, or should I float the lower Raritan and see what gems I can find, or should I go to Round Valley and try to catch some big trout, or should I go to Lake Hopatcong and fish for walleye and hybrids, or should I take the ride up to Monksville and see if I can catch a big musky or walleye, or should I go to Swartswood and fish for walleye, or should I go over to the Big D and fish for smallmouth, or go to Split Rock Res. for bass, I can't decide.

The answer to all of your questions is Yes.
Sounds like a new challenge ...first we had 365 days of fishing....Now we have fish everyplace on your list in a week. This could get interesting. Be sure to let us know the day by day as you go!Good luck wherever you end up! |

congrats on your vaca. ican tell youre excited. I always find the best part of a vaca is the week leading up to it. They could do just about anything to me at work and i wouldnt care. But once i punch out the time does seem to fly. ENJOY. And by the way, NJ is very underated as a sportsmans paradise.

I would go to Swartswood to see if you can pull a state record eye out of there. Then i would go to hopatcong, on fire right now!!! Then merrill creek for the 8-10 lb smallies and browns. After that the delaware river, stripers, shad, walleye, smalliies, flatheads and maybe a river monster. When all that is done float the RR on a saturday for 12 hours and see what happens!!! On sunday relax!!!
