Default Crappie afternoon 3/12/20

well finally got some #bites yesterday.Homeless were very active so I knew the fish were gonna turn on, had a solid 45 minute bite lots of short bites but got close to 20 between us with alot of nice 10-12 inch sacalaits, 1 honky perch & 1 bluegill.Fish were still deep, slip bobber, 1/32oz pink & yellow jig heads with 1 & 2 inch gulp minnows caught every fish, not a bite on shads, trout magnets or live worms.

Looks like a great day!

That one looks like a shad.
I'd have been thinking about livelining that one and seeing if anything big and toothy was interested.

a good day out on the water catching fish is always good. Gotta love those gulp minnows the crappies love em. You should check out the rufus jr jig put a gulp minnow on them. We have been getting some decent action on the cong lately the fish will be getting more active as the water temps come up.. Cool report joe
