Good Passaic Pike Fishing (8/23/15)
Got out for a while this afternoon to chase pike on the Passaic. The afternoon started slow, with only one tiny pike at the first spot, but I bounced around to a few other spots and ended up with 5 by the time I headed home. Got a few in the 22-22" range, then ended the day with a 34" fish and one that I didn't measure but was right around 30". Surprise of the day came when one fish came 3 feet out of the water on my lure, which was fouled at the time. Certainly a lot of spunk for a 22" fish.

Good looking fish Tuna man! The Pike continue to feed heavy straight through the entire summer. Great catching!
