Grilled Bonita
Made the following with Bonita fillets that turned out quite impressive for taste:
Marinate fillets in a lite Italian Dressing (fat free)
Add shaved garlic or peppers(hot or just green/reds)
Season with additional seasoning as you like( I have a seafood/pepper grater)
Wrap in tin foil
Cooks in less than 10 mins depending on how you like your fish/thickness of fillets
