![]() Just returned from a vacation in Chile and had scallops with the roe attached at every restaurant that served scallops. It was a first for me. I myself found it a little strong tasting and others thought it was great. Have never seen them served that way in our area. Anyone ever had scallops with the roe attached? Had it scampi style but removed the roe. Great looking just the same.

![]() Haven't had it with roe, but have had scallop liver "sashimi" in a Japanese restaurant....a real delicacy.
