Arrow Down Deep - 7/11 beautiful Fluke & Seabass

Today Capt. Rob & Joe ran another 6 am open boat Fluke trip with a great gang of guys. Fishing was fast and furious with tons of shorts and a bunch of beautiful keeper Fluke to 5 1/2 lbs & Seabass mixed in. HH was Chris. Mike & John did well too. Thanks everyone for coming aboard and those who continue to call and book forward. Don't miss the next special trips this week -

Had a last minute shot at the flatties before I pack it in and hit the road. Great boat and crew. Thanks for great day on the water. Ran into some NJFERS as well. Thanks guys for making my last nj fluke trip memorable!!!

My next report will be from southern waters

Thumbs up Re: Down Deep - 7/11 beautiful Fluke & Seabass

Fun day with good people. Capt really steamed out to find a bite and stayed out a bit. I will be back. I have never seen short fluke bite and fight so savagely. It's like they were angry. I swear on several occasions I thought I had 3# class fish within the first 15 seconds of the hit.

Steve, best of luck in your new chapter and let me know if you want to go tuna fishing in Oct.

John

Glad you could make the trip Steve. Many more memories to be made from southern waters but we all know, you'll be back. Safe travels.
