had a few decent afternoon outings nabbing some nice crappie but with target fish eluding me, teamed up with mike and submitted to the dark temptress known as live bait haha. I'm a lure guy but first and foremost I want to catch fish and that's what we did! I had a great fluking day last weekend, but was due for a sweet water catch fest. 11 fish morning ranging from 19-24" with a triple header on bait and fly landed by just two of us, crazy intensity! All fish returned to grow and spawn...wait they are sterile..."maybe that's why they're so damn angry when you hook them!" haha

DAYUM!! Now those are some hog brids right there bro!! I see certain dudes who target them specifically on here that don't get hogs that fat. Lure...bait...just get em ' in the boat, hahaah! Great catch man.

Chris the triple was insane and so was the double. No matter how many times I catch them the screaming runs still amaze me. Remember just keep saying the sun is getting high in the sky so the bite is going to turn off soon BUZZZZ FISH ON again !! Can't wait to get out there again

Good job chris way to put sum stripes in the boat....hope the location and technique worked for u guys. This years class of fish are big and still fat as hell from all the nite time herring they been eating. Be careful u will end up a hybrid junkie strung out w too many rods and gear and going to meetings haha
