Bassin' Close to home...

Softball games got rained out for me tonight, so me and the kid hit a local spot we had scouted out a couple times before...little mudpuddle that gets some runoff from a larger lake right near it, but much less fishing pressure..Bubba picked the spot and it was game on tonight...bass hit pretty much everything we threw, all in real shallow water...white spinner, senkos, night crawlers for a couple, was pretty good action for almost 2 hrs...nothing too huge, but fun on the ultralight....best thing is, the kid finally broke down and started taking some pictures, too lol
