Default Fishermen / Tue. nite stripers

Boy did it rain and rain and rain. We had a small crowd last nite due to the really lousy weather, but they were a hardy bunch. We got hit with 1 storm after another for most of the nite but everyone stayed at the rail. Bass fishing was tough in the early part of trip but picked up for a few guys at the end of the nite. High hook of 2 keepers and 2 shorts was a rental rod and most had none or 1 fish. The porgies were keeping most fares busy that wanted to catch them, high hook on the silvers was 27 fish mostly med. size 10 to 12 in. fish. We will be fishing for anything that bites and it could be bass, porgies, fluke, jig blues or do what ever it takes to catch a few fish. This time of the year its hard to target just 1 type of fish so bring along all types of tackle and leads. We will be sailing tonite at 6;30 and give yourself some extra time for the roads on the way down. For info 908 930 2335.
