Default Ocean Explorer Wednesday

1-30-13 It did get a little lumpy today like they were calling for..Not to bad though,,seas were 4-6ft.and most of it a swell so it really was not to bad..If you were gonna come down today and decided not to because of the weather man,you might want to turn the computer off now..These pictures below were just some of the many Jumbo Blackfish that had the feedbag on today...We had some good shots of ling for those who were trying and one or two Codfish but it was hard to fish for em when you watched me and the mate running around netting blackfish from up front to the back....Real nice fish,,,at the dock we were weighing the big ones at around 12-13lbs..Two ended up tying for the money..both large females..One of the best Big Blackfish chews I have seen...I even shot down a whole white legger at the end of the day and got crushed immediately by a moose which I shaved off but was just happy to feel the battle for a few seconds...Both whites and greens worked good today.......No fishing tomorrow gonna wait for the swell to drop down...Maybe Friday,we shall see.
