NJ TROUT opener delayed

Due to low water levels creating too easy conditions to target trout .






Looks like its going to be a pretty nice day except for the wind , CATCH EM UP GUYS

I thought NOAA closed the season due to bad science!.
Guess they figured out they have no jurisdiction...yet
