9/2/25 Back out on the fluke grounds with our annual Jack Harris NJ woods and water crew charter. We opted for late leave this morning with the wind forecast. Wind was up pretty good when we broke the inlet. Not much life to start this morning some shorts here and there bounced around covering lots of ground in search. Had a shot of keepers mid morning with a few shorts in the mix on some sticky bottom but still lackluster. The Wind dropped to end the day we took a ride to some deeper water with much better life. a few shots of keepers with some short life and some nice quality in the mix. High hook managed a limit today. Lisa took the pool fish a little over 5lbs. This crew always sticks with it and fish hard Thank you. We will be back at it tomorow sailing 6am book online or come on down walk ons welcome weather looks good.
