Default Trout Town weekend

Headed up to trout town this last weekend with camper. Flows have dropped from last week so I left the driftboat home and fished from shore. On the way up we stopped at the local reservoir to see if we could get some browns from shore but found nothing but big smallies lose to shore. Stickbaits were the ticket! Fished a few hirs then got to camp. Saturday morning woke up hit the east branch found browns at the first spot and started getting good then river conditions went to crap with the runoff from the creeks Turing the river chocolate milk. Hope to be back soon with the driftboat for a float and better conditions.

For anyone looking for trips I have a bunch of openings for crappie/walleye/hybrids/trolling trout trip for laker and trout as well as pike driftboat trips. Fishing lessons also available at this time. Call or text if your interested (908)642-5423
