upstate ny smb and my first muskie

Took off fron work for a full week and caught some smb with nick with some pike and river fishing mixed in.
We then did a muskie guide on the st Lawrence and i got my first, 49 inches
Tried for steelhead but nick only managed one a few days prior.

with shipping vessels passing by us, and navigating some impressive river current, we're both glad we got a guide to at least show us around. I think at least when it's not peak boating season we will go back out there though
