Talking Back on the Trouts!!! 12/26/21
Mild December day man. As of right now making ice is not looking good but I’ll keep doing the dance. Sheeeeesh!!! Hit the streams for Trout bright and early. Took a minute to figure out what they wanted, not plugs, not jigs but the Pink worm got smacked every cast on the lower M. It was ridiculous for about 2 hours. Nice healthy Bows we’re very willing this morning. Wore that hole out and made my way to another river. This other river was low low. I don’t like it. Chucked the plug around for a while cracking some small Browns then get smoked by a cute little male Tiger Trout, super vibrant colors. Sick fish. Next cast yields another Tiger Trout and this one’s a feisty female. Another awesome fish on a balmy December day. Totally satisfied with this Trout session I left. Great morning on the rivers and not a soul in sight. Amazing! We could use some rain for sure.

Nice trouts! Man, what is it with everybody getting all these tigers this year? I just bagged another one on a PA stream Christmas afternoon.
