Down Deep Bull - 4/18 6AM STRIPED BASS TO 35 LBS.
Today aboard the Down Deep Bull, we ran another 6am open boat Raritan Bay Striped Bass trip with another big crowd of great new and returning guys. The boat stopped, lines down and boxed what everyone came for in short order. Phenomenal readings and they just shut down to a pick. Made a move and again readings we couldn’t leave. So the guys proceeded to bounce the jigs off their heads and just like that, all big girls 40-42.99” bit their heads off. The crew released all and dropped a few that had some real attitude. We will be back for those in the morning. Thanks everyone for sailing with us and all others who continue to book all their trips going forward at a rapid pace. Don’t miss the next open boat trips and fish in comfort like a gentleman -
