Miss Belmar - ANOTHER GREAT DAY FOR SEA BASS

Tuesday afternoon, we fished the same area as the day before. The first drift started out great with lots of jumbo knuckle head sea bass and we had many people catch their limits very quickly! Unfortunately, after the first hour the shorts took over. They still provided tons of action, though the keepers diminished. There is still a big body of fish in the area and we should be able to continue to put together some nice catches in the upcoming weeks as the water temperature rises! Our pool winner was Jake Schuster from Toms River, NJ!

Yesterday morning, we had a great day sea bass fishing, as there were no blues to be found out there. We caught plenty of fish on the hills, rubble, and mussel beds. We were pulling in the sea bass all around the boat, with plenty of action through the whole day. Our pool winner was Stephen Kosisky from Harveys Lake, PA!

Yesterday afternoon, we had a great time cruising up to the East River to see the 41st Annual Macy’s Fireworks Spectacular! The fireworks show was phenomenal, as always! Everyone had a blast making new friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Today continued the drought of blues that we’ve been having the past week, so we opted to target the sea bass instead. We fished off the beach on some hills, rocks, and rubble. There was action on all around the boat on all drifts and every stop. It was a very enjoyable day for everyone on board!

Sailing daily for Stripers & Blues from 7:30 A.M. – 2:30 P.M. and every afternoon for Fluke & Sea Bass from 4:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. Join us as we bottom fish and mammal watch and then catch the most stunning sunset on the ride home. Bring your friends, family and children. This trip is fun for all ages and a must for everyone!
