Iced eye!
Well I had a feeling there was some thicker ice around sure enough.... Bolted right from work today made it to the walleye promise Land and hailed marry 5 tipups with xl shiners. With the little amount of fishing time I had no jiggy jiggy time for me..... Just as the sun was setting flag goes up and peeling line set the hook and iced the first eye of the season taped out at 23". Ice was thickest ice in the state just over 3" by a hair. Ps. Cowboy Chrisper this one's for you����������

i see how it is, you call me to pick up the stuff for the xmas party but you lost my number when you went walleye fishing!? COMEON!!!!
Nice fish anyway! we were jigging on just 2.5" sunday dink fest on the panfish, entertaining tough.
