Miss Belmar - STRIPERS & BLUES
Today, we fished east of our inlet and only caught a few stripers. We then travelled up to the north chasing the birds that were working on the water, both gannets and sea gulls. We read the fish and the bait very good most of the time and ended up catching jumbo blues on every drift. Some drifts we would have a couple dozen blues. Overall, it was a very good day of blue fishing with a handful of stripers. We would like to thank Gary Fish and all our veterans that came out with us today. It was a pleasure having you all onboard. Our pool winner was Dennis from Wall, NJ. Pictures coming soon.
