Default Party Boat angler update and Fluke recap

The season ended Sunday and just in time with the weater upcoming. Our fishing was no good on Sunday as rhe east blow Saturday shut down the ocean with a good sized swell. With NY c;osed we were unable to fish where i tink we could have done OK.

It was a very good season for big fluke with 11 over 10 pounds our best ever, We had a lot of fun and caught a lot of fluke. The early fishing was good with the Reach producing fish better than any where else up and down the coast.

Bill Karg won the big pool with his fluke caught last Wednesday, ptoving you have to be in it to win it and you gotta go fishing.

Thanks to all our loyal and new customers for making 2016 a very good year.I worked over 3 months without a day off so I guess we should thank the weather maker.

Wednesday we will be porgy fishing 3/4 day sailing at 7:00 AM. We will not sail Mondays or Tuesdays till Sea Bass opens.

Thursday and Friday do not look good this week. . Last year we were tied to the dock for 13 days when fluke ended with east winds. I am glad for a few days off but I do not need a repeat.

Thanks Again Captain George Angler
