Still stocking with the weather ?

Wondering if anyone knows if the continued with the winter stocking even with the weather. Doesent say its suspended on fish and game sight. Thanks

Why would it be suspended because rain?,............hey, the fish are wet already!

About 20 minutes ago, he hatchery truck just stopped here @ the Lab to pick up some help,............on their way to Amwell Lake.

I know the fish are wet, just wasent sure with the possible ice / snow in other parts of the state.

I was joking.

I normally use that "fish are wet already" line when someone questions me about fishing in the rain.

Yes, in fact the truck that stopped by here went to Echo, not Amwell.

They just got back. 16 anglers were there,.....1 with an umbrella, not a "rig", a real umbrella!

They saw 1 trout caught.

fresh meat for the muskies up at mountain its like giving them a turkey for thanksgiving lol. at least the resident toothies will get fat over the winter, nows the time to grab sum short trout and liveline em, may have to get out there this weekend

Shoulda been there when they put those small lake trout in Monksville, looked like a bluefish blitz !!
