is sandy hook park open since the storm? was going to hit the bayside perhaps

Cliffwood beach is accessible and open. Fished there last week and scored shorts on outgoing tide/blood worms. Gonna go again next week. High tides are around noon to 2pm.The hook is closed 'till ?????. They might open the North beach during May???
