I make artisan quality smoked meat products at https://www.samsbutchershop.com/. I just recently smoked trout for a local fisherman (see attached image). The fish are brined, smoked and vacuum sealed. If I wanted to expand this service, do you have any ideas on how I would go about it? Perhaps contacting fishing guides to see if I could work with them? Let me know if you have any thoughts.
