GAMBLER --Fishing Report
Very good action on big blues that were working the surface on moss bunkers. The racers were attacking every lure we threw at them. Several times I saw big stripers under the blues but the bluefish bullied the bass out of the way to grab the lures. So much fun to watch a dozen blues chase a surface lure.
We'll be fishing on Mother's day too. Everyday (except the 12th) stripers and blues until the 22nd when we begin our 1/2 day fluke trips. The Gambler will not be fishing on the 12th --we will be tied up for our annual coast guard safety inspection.
