![]() Was great. The trick is to slice it against grain like you would do a london broil or else it could be a bit chewy.

![]() I too frequently enjoy tog sashimi and I love it.
As you mentioned, the key is to slice it thin against grain as the meat is a little tougher than fluke. Dip it in soy sauce/wasabi or korean hot pepper paste, it's fantastic !! ![]() |
