Wow that would be a huge impact....It is not only a proposal on soft plastics but "non-degradable" hooks as well. So what "non-soft bait" comes with degradable hooks??? I'd love to know their definition of degradable.

Might as well just outlaw freshwater fishing. Unless the challenge of using worms on wooden hooks can draw enough new anglers!
