Hit my fav res on Thurs for an hour, and again saturday morning. Just got the new boat, Alumacraft lunker 16ft, took the 9.9 off the back-wow do i love this boat!

Conditions were absolutely perfect Yesterday. Cloudy, glass water w/some fog, water temp 66.

You could clearly see about 20 individual herring schools boiling at the surface in 40feet of water. Started throwing Z Spooks in each pod and we would pull out a smallie every time! gotta love topwater smallie explosions.
Biggest went 3 lbs on liveline herring.

Some massive perch in there too. the biggest was 14 inches!

Fished 6am-12. Got 10 smallies, 3 perch, n 2 picks.

Saw some other guys catchin some big smallmouth- and every one went into there cooler. like really?? go buy some F***ing talapia and cook it up you toolbag.

and we always catch these mammoth pickrel at the shed, they are taking over!

Nice catch man! Smallies are fattening up nicely for winter. That Perch looks delicious!!!
